Now that she's back
in the atmosphere,
with drops of Jupiter
in her hair.

She acts like summer,
walks like rain.
Reminds me of change,
the time to rearrange.

Since her return
from the moon,
she listens like spring,
talks like June,
oh, what a tune!

But tell me,
did you sail
across the sun?
Did you reach the Milky Way?

To see the lights
all faded,
and that Heaven
is overrated?

Did you fall
for a shooting star?
One without scars,
did you miss me
while searching afar?

Now she's back
from that vacation,
tracing her way
through the constellation,
oh, what a sensation!

She checks out Mozart,
does Tae-Bo,
reminds me of growth,
the need to glow!

Now that she's back
in the atmosphere,
will she think of me
as plain ol’ Jane,
telling tales of a man?

Who was too afraid
to fly,
so he never did land.
But tell me,
did the wind
sweep you off your feet?

Did you dance
along the light
of day?
Did you head back
to the Milky Way?

And tell me,
did Venus
blow your mind?
Was it all you
hoped to find?
Did you miss me
while out there,
seeking a sign?
